GULL MEADOW FARMS YOUTH & YOUNG ADULT OUTING

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 1ST

MEET AT THE CHURCH AT 12:15 PM TO CARPOOL or

MEET AT GULL MEADOW FARMS AT 1:15 PM

An afternoon of fall fun for Jr & Sr High Youth and Young Adults at Gull Meadow Farms

At 2:00 p.m., watch the giant pumpkins fall 100 feet from the cranes and smash on the ground.

At 3:00 p.m., gather as much candy as you can as it shoots from the candy cannon!

Get lost in the corn maze, take photos in the big chair, enjoy yard games, pick apples* or shoot apples from the apple cannon*.  There’s lots of options to enjoy the beauty of fall.

Cost is $10/person (please bring cash).  *Extra cash will be needed if you want to purchase snacks or pick apples or shoot the apple cannons.

Sign up here by October 29th.  If the weather is bad, this event will be cancelled.

Youth under the age of 18 must have an activity participation form completed (see www.leightonchurch.org/youth-ministry)

Help us fill 1,500 shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child, a ministry of Samaritan’s Purse that distributes shoeboxes filled with gifts and presents the Gospel message to children in 100 nations.

All items to go into the boxes are provided.  Just come and fill them, assembly line style.

Soup and salad and baked goods available for freewill donation.  All proceeds will go towards shoebox shipping costs ($10/box).

No RSVP necessary.  Help out as long as you can.  Any time you can give is making an impact in the eternal life of a child and that child’s family.
